Room Addition !
This is after we pulled off all the grape vines - spiders - bugs - ugh !
Heated / air conditioned / tiled .....nice !!!
This 7 week project transformed this 13X20 patio into a nice kitchen / sitting room that enters into a bedroom with bath ! How do you spell retirement income ???
Window to a door
This is where the window you see above came from
Looks like it was always there !!
This was the removal of a 3 x 8 foot window in an exterior wall. After we took it out, we reframed the opening and made it into a nice 36" wide door -- oooo nice !
Kitchen
This is the corner we chose for the Kitchen - it backs up to a bathroom.
Vent fan, full size stove, double sink with disposal and faucet from Costco !!
This corner took 3 days to design !! Trying to get that proper work arrangement of stove, refigerator and sink is so important !! Yesterday I was looking at a 3 million dollar kitchen that would require you to be a marathon runner and contortionist to cook in !!
Plumbing example
This isn't pretty .... unless your a plumber !!
It's just something of beauty ! Fresh....
OK so I'm getting carried away...unless you care about things like precision, order and customer concern .......... where is your disposal unclogging tool ?? can you find the one here?? Thank you Mr Nice Guy !!
